M2M Solutions at MOVE AU 2026

From the gate to the back of the shop. From the kerb to the city.Orchestrated.

Data-driven coordination of vehicles, people, resources and infrastructure, behind the fence and beyond it. One connected operation. Better decisions. Better mobility.

ICC Sydney, 14 and 15 October 2026. Pod G11, Slovak Republic stand.

Everyone at MOVE works on the street. We come from the other side of the fence.

Counting traffic, mapping it, enforcing it: that is the street side, and most of this show lives there. We come from behind the fence, where a site does not watch arrivals, it decides them. Every truck has a slot before it leaves, the gate knows it is coming, the dock is free when it lands, and the goods keep moving to the back of the shop. Our sites have run this way in Europe since 2011. We are in Australia to orchestrate the first ones here.

DATADECISIONOPTIMISATION

Monitor

Collect all operational data from vehicles, systems and infrastructure.

Decide

Turn real-time visibility into decisions: the routine automatically, anything with consequences by a person.

Optimise

Improve utilisation, service reliability and efficiency, burn less fuel doing it, and prove it.

Three things we bring to MOVE. The first two are why we are here. The third is where it leads.

Behind the fence

The orchestrated site

One site, one flow: from the gate to the back of the shop.

Depot, warehouse, factory or shopping centre: every truck has a slot before it arrives, every gate and dock follows the plan, and nothing queues that does not have to. One company runs the gate, the yard, the dock, the racks, the robots and the line. Most customers start at the gate, because that is where the queue is, and add the rest as they go.

Who decides which vehicle goes to which bay at your site today, a system or a queue?

Plant logistics

One plant, one flow.

Challenge

Manufacturers need to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and carriers while reducing waiting times and improving visibility, on a plan the dock crew can prepare for.

Arrival gate

Registration, documents, entry authorised.

Check-in

Appointment confirmed, dock fixed with the slot.

Loading docks

On time, live status, proof of delivery.

Waiting zone

Early carriers held off the gate.

Exit

Check out, documents released, logged.

TLS helps

  • Appointment scheduling in time slots
  • Plate-reading identification at the gate
  • Gate check-in by app, terminal or gatehouse
  • Dock assignment fixed with the booking
  • Yard coordination with lights and panels
  • Exit and reporting, every movement logged

Business outcome

Reduced waiting times, improved throughput and better utilisation of logistics infrastructure: 45% less loading and unloading time, 30% less staff time on transport handling, 20% lower shipping cost.

Depot orchestration

One depot, one flow.

Challenge

Bus depots, diesel, hybrid or electric, need efficient coordination of vehicles, bays and operational resources, with several stops per visit and every bus ready for its next route.

Arrival

Plate read, bus matched to the timetable.

Sequence

TLS plans the stops from your priorities.

Guide in

Driver receives the next stop and route.

Depot status

Bays, vehicles and occupancy live.

Readiness

Which buses are ready, at a glance.

TLS helps

  • Automatic bay and stop sequencing
  • Navigation and access instructions
  • Depot monitoring on one board
  • Resource coordination: wash, fuel or charge, workshop
  • Vehicle readiness visibility for dispatch
  • Movement log for utilisation and emissions

Business outcome

Better visibility and utilisation of depot resources and infrastructure, no dispatcher on the routine, and a controller who handles only the exceptions.

Retail centre and city building logistics

One dock, one flow.

Challenge

Retail centres and mixed-use city buildings must coordinate deliveries, trades and supplier access through a shared dock without disrupting customer traffic or queuing on the street.

Peak hour

Deliveries scheduled around the peaks.

Approach

ETA and reserved slot already known.

Precinct entry

Admitted in the reserved window only.

Release

Unloaded, logged, next vehicle called.

Held bay

Kept for the vehicle that booked it.

TLS helps

  • Schedule deliveries and trades by window
  • Allocate and hold loading bays
  • Coordinate supplier and contractor access
  • Virtual waiting zone off the street
  • Control back-of-house delivery flow
  • Dock master keeps the final say

Business outcome

Reduced congestion, safer operations and smoother precinct logistics; no queue on the street, and one sequence across every tenant.

Beneath the surface

Positioning without the sky

Where the sky ends, the site still knows where everything is.

Indoors, under roofs, underground.

Half of logistics happens where satellites cannot see: inside warehouses and plants, in covered yards and depots, in tunnels. Our systems grew up there, moving fleets and robots every day without GNSS, and our Horizon Europe research programme pushes the same positioning further.

RTLS

Real-time location system

Precise location of vehicles, robots and assets in environments where GPS is unavailable or not good enough.

Warehouse and plant

Forklifts, AMRs and pallets located to the bay, no satellites needed.

Covered depot

Bays and vehicles tracked under a roof, where GPS based telematics goes dark.

Tunnel and underground

The same logic where the sky never reaches.

Feeds TLS

Position is the data behind every decision the site makes.

When your depot goes under a roof for electrification, what happens to everything you track by GPS?

Onto the street

Fluid streets, seamless parking

A street flows when the kerb stops being a queue. Measured, held, decided.

Concept view of a beachside street with kerbside parking signs and zone camerasConcept visual

Smart zones and kerbside management

The kerb, measured.

Challenge

Cities need objective data to manage parking, traffic flow and access rules, and a way to bring site logic to the kerb: a bay that can be held, with an officer keeping the final say.

Zone monitoring

Entry, exit and dwell for every bay.

Zone rules

Configurable time and access windows.

Real-time view

Occupancy and overstay as it happens.

Decision support

Data for operational and policy decisions.

The pilot

A held bay on a public street.

We bring

  • Plate-reading zone monitoring, solar powered
  • Dwell time tracking per bay
  • Parking and traffic analytics
  • Reporting for councils and road authorities
  • One city zone measured: 158,000 movements in a quarter, monitoring only
  • The held bay, proven inside sites

Business outcome

Objective data for better mobility decisions, and the first public street pilot of a kerb that decides, with an Australian partner.

Powered by our technology ecosystem

One site, one system, one vendor, start anywhere.

TLS

Transport logistics system

Gate, yard and dock as one plan: slot booking, plate recognition, barriers, lights, kiosks and dock guidance, supplied and driven as one system. The usual first step.

RTLS

Real-time location system

Precise location of vehicles, robots and assets where GPS is unavailable or not good enough.

WMS

Warehouse management system

Stock, locations, picking and dispatch, from dock to rack to truck.

M2L

Advanced pick to light system

Light guided picking and handling for accuracy at speed.

ILS

Internal logistics system

Material flow inside the plant, from receiving to the line and back, with navigation for the people and vehicles moving it.

AMR

Autonomous mobile robots

Robots planned and directed inside the same flow, without satellite positioning.

Veasy

Visitor management

Visitor and contractor management, quick and contactless, the front door to the site.

Plus

Integrations

ERP, TMS, charging and platform integrations.

Hardware is specified, supplied and driven by us, and made by our partners.

AI says what it sees. A person decides what happens.

Routine decisions are cleared automatically. Every decision with consequences goes to a person. Inside a site the loop closes on its own; on a public street the system proposes and a person decides. That is how we build it, and from 10 December 2026 it is how Australian law expects automated decisions to be disclosed.
